Since 1993 I breed sheep.
In the year 2003 I was made attentive by a newspaper report on dorper sheep. Very fast I had seized the resolution that I want to breed this race in the future in the stove book.
After short time I had bought the first 2 mother lambs and a father from displacement breed.
By the contact with Kurt Zäch from Switzerland was very fast clear to me that I wouldn't get ahead with the displacement breed, since the genetic variety in Germany was missing and the mixture of the genes from other races changes the origin of the Dorpers from South Africa.
Besides the Heterosiseffekt works with hybrid crossings only with full blood animals to 100%.
